Kelly Osbourne Nearly Dies from Brother’s Accidental Pellet Gun Shot; Jack Suffers Heart Scare on ‘Special Forces’

Rewritten article: Kelly Osbourne has shared an alarming incident from her childhood that nearly took her life. During the latest episode of “The Osbournes” podcast, the TV personality recounted how her brother Jack accidentally shot her with a pellet gun when they were younger. She explained, “You shot me!” to which Jack replied, “I did shoot you,” and Kelly added, “And I almost died.” However, their mother Sharon was skeptical about the severity of the injury, asking, “Yeah but come on, what kind of gun was it?”Jack acknowledged that even a pellet gun could be lethal as he recalled how the bullet went straight through Kelly’s leg and out the other side. He explained, “It wasn’t just painful because someone put a hot poker through my leg really fast.” Instead, she endured agony at a small hospital in England during the ’90s where their X-ray machine was broken. The doctors used an unconventional method to verify whether any shards of pellets were lodged inside Kelly’s body by inserting a long cotton swab dipped in iodine through her wound, which she described as excruciatingly painful. Jack admitted that the shooting had been accidental and occurred while their parents Ozzy and Sharon were away from home. He added, “But listen, my fault as the guy operating the firearm, wasn’t technically the air rifle, and your fault for running in front of me while I was shooting.” Kelly’s brother Jack recently participated in FOX’s show ‘Special Forces: World Toughest Test’, but he had to withdraw due to a health scare that required him to seek medical attention. Prior to visiting his doctor, he checked his watch and noticed that his resting heart rate remained high at around 100 beats per minute for two days in a row while everyone else was sleeping or relaxing. His smartwatch alerted him about the abnormally high pulse and prompted him to contact a cardiologist when his symptoms persisted even after leaving ‘Special Forces’. Jack’s heart rate returned to normal levels following medical intervention, but he had to wear a monitor for two weeks as part of further tests.
