U.S. Aid Bill vs Russian Nuclear Threat – Macron’s Warning on EU Preparedness

While the United States signed a massive spending bill into law that will provide over $60 billion for Ukraine’s military assistance, Russia threatened to downgrade its diplomatic relationship with Washington if they seize its frozen assets.
