Wynonna Judd’s Daughter Grace Kelley Charged with Exposure, Prostitution DroppeD

The prostitution charge against Wynonna Judd’s daughter Grace Kelley has been dropped after she was arrested for allegedly exposing herself on a busy highway intersection in Alabama. Following her arrest on April 5, Kelley faced three misdemeanour charges – soliciting prostitution, indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations – according to the Elmore County Sheriff’s Office. At a hearing at the Millbrook Municipal Court yesterday (May 6), Kelley pleaded guilty to lesser offences of lewd conduct and obstruction of governmental operations. The judge ordered her to pay fines totalling $1,122 with suspended jail sentences for both charges. Judd did not attend the hearing. Defence attorney Wes Suiter said: “The most serious charges against my client were dismissed.” Kelley admitted guilt during yesterday’s court appearance and was released back into Elmore County Jail where she remains on a $2,500 bond. According to charging documents cited by AL.com, Kelley allegedly exposed her breasts and lower body at the busy intersection of Interstate 65 and Highway 14 in Alabama. When police attempted to arrest her, they claimed that she refused to identify herself or co-operate with them, sitting down on the roadside instead (May 7). In a previous case from 2017, Kelley pleaded guilty to manufacturing, delivery, sale and possession of methamphetamine. She was later sentenced to jail after leaving a court-ordered drug recovery programme and violating her probation but served eight years behind bars before being released six years early in 2019 (May 8). In another incident from 2015, Kelley and Richard Wilcutt were arrested at Walgreens pharmacy car park following reports that the items found within a discarded bag outside their vehicle – pseudoephedrine and Coleman fuel receipts – could be used to manufacture methamphetamine (May 9). Judd discussed her daughter’s issues in an interview on Fox Nation’s “The Pursuit! With John Rich” following Kelley’s early release from prison last year. She said: “I have got one [child] on patrol, and I’ve got one on parole” (May 10).
