Neighbors have reported prior encounters with this individual, as highlighted by one neighbor who said his partner submitted an accusation against Yoon last summer due to alleged video recordings and verbal abuse filled with obscenities. Furthermore, reports claim that the accused party damaged a nearby window belonging to Fairfield, a leasing company operating across Long Island. Despite multiple attempts at communication from Levy, the neighbor targeted by Yoon, no response has been received from Fairfield’s management team; hence making the former’s sense of safety deteriorate amid his scheduled transfer in August. The accused individual identified as Edmond Yoon was arrested shortly after this incident and charged with menacing offenses.
