Renewing its content partnership with Twitter’s social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter, the National Football League (NFL) has announced a new multiyear agreement. The deal extends their collaboration for three years following an initial pact in 2013. Under this arrangement, NFL game highlights will continue to be shared on X after touchdown moments during live matches. In addition, the partnership aims at providing more custom content that brands can sponsor through co-branded highlights and other creative formats alongside sponsored Spaces and polls. The NFL’s discussions around major events such as draft picks or free agency acquisitions are consistently active across X platforms with over one million posts generating 806 million impressions during the latest edition of NFL Draft alone, making Twitter an influential platform for football enthusiasts year-round.
