An individual has been apprehended in relation to an AMBER Alert that originated from San Marcos. The alert was issued on April 27 for two-year-old Legend Torres after he went missing from Children’s Park situated at the 200 block of South CM Allen Parkway around 1:30 p.m. Authorities identified Joey Michael Torres, aged forty-six, as a suspect and warned that he was armed and potentially dangerous. The police located his silver ’23 Mitsubishi Outlander with the Texas license plate number TKK 8328 at an apartment complex in Dallas County during early morning hours on April 28. Legend has been safely reunited with his family, as per investigators’ reports who also believe that Joey Michael Torres is en route to the Dallas Fort Worth area aboard this vehicle.
