Los Angeles authorities are currently investigating an incident involving multiple shots fired outside the lavish residence of Amir Esmailian, who goes by the stage name Cash XO in the music industry. The co-founder of record label XO Records, which is home to popular artist The Weeknd, was not directly involved but his security guard sustained numerous gunshot wounds and has been rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
The police department received several emergency calls reporting loud noises around 2:30 am on Monday morning. Upon arriving at the scene, authorities found that three individuals clad in hoodies were heavily suspected of carrying out the crime before making their escape. It is believed that all four people present inside Esmailian’s mansion when the attack occurred escaped without being hurt during this sudden heist or break-in attempt.
Detectives are investigating whether there was an attempted burglary, home invasion, or any other criminal activity involved in this incident as they continue their investigation into what happened that fateful night. The victim’s identity has not been disclosed by the authorities at present time.
