Spring Tornado Outbreak: 161 Twisters in US Since Last Friday

As spring approaches, the United States has already witnessed a remarkable surge of violent weather events over the past few days. Since last Friday, an astounding 161 tornadoes have been reported across the country, including those that claimed four lives in Oklahoma and left residents petrified by the sight of an EF-3 twister captured on camera in Nebraska. The National Weather Service has issued a staggering total of 199 tornado warnings throughout central America as severe weather conditions continue to escalate. Ten additional tornadoes were confirmed in Texas yesterday, while North Texans have witnessed seven such incidents so far this year alone. Collin County experienced an EF-0 twister back in March. As the week progresses, forecasters predict a series of impending storms that could potentially cause further damage and upheaval to communities already reeling from recent tornado outbreaks.
