Zion Teasley Charged with Murdering Lauren Heike, Found Near 65th Street and Mayo Boulevard One Year Ago after Being Stabbed 15 Times

Her lifeless body was found during a hiking excursion close by the intersection where 65th Street and Mayo Boulevard meet. The gruesome details surrounding her death, as detailed in court documents, state that she received no less than fifteen stab wounds before losing her life. Following an investigation into this heinous crime, police apprehended Zion Teasley for his alleged involvement in the murder of Heike. DNA evidence found on Heike’s shoe matched up with Teasley who had previously served time behind bars. His trial is scheduled to commence next month.
