Dodgers Dominate Diamondbacks with Five-Run Fifth, Strikeoutless Game

PHOENIX – Los Angeles Dodgers’ players Teoscar Hernández and Andy Pages both hit crucial two-run doubles in a dominant fifth inning as the team beat Arizona Diamondbacks by an eight to four margin on Monday night. Will Smith also contributed with a solo home run, helping the Dodgers secure their seventh win out of eight games played so far this season. This game saw an extraordinary feat for the franchise, which hadn’t happened since 2006 – no strikeouts were recorded by any player throughout the entire matchup!
The Dodgers took control in the fifth inning after Shohei Ohtani and Freddie Freeman both drew walks followed by Smith joining them.
