Brothers Kelce Debate Value of Roasts After Brady Netflix Special

Following the highly talked-about airing of “The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady” on Netflix, brothers Travis and Jason Kelce shared their differing opinions during an episode of their podcast “New Heights”. While Travis found the roast to be “unbelievable”, Jason expressed confusion as to why people participate in roasts, stating that he may consider doing one himself if sufficiently compensated. Regardless, both brothers praised the star-studded lineup of NFL legends and celebrities present at the event. However, Jason reiterated that he didn’t understand the appeal of roasts and questioned whether individuals involved take themselves too seriously. Nevertheless, Brady was lauded for handling the roasting with good humour, aside from a potential reference to Robert Kraft’s massage parlor scandal. Gisele Bundchen, Brady’s ex-wife, allegedly felt uncomfortable about some of the jokes made at her expense during the roast, according to sources cited by People magazine.
