The Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades have claimed responsibility for mortar shell attacks against Israeli army mechanisms located south of the Olive neighborhood in Gaza City. The al-Quds Companies have also asserted their involvement in heavy mortar shell strikes against Israeli military fortifications situated east of the Shoukah district near Rafah’s eastern border.
