Colonial Pipeline Company has announced that it will allocate spaces for shipments during Cycle 29 on Line 20, which transports distillates from Atlanta to Nashville, Tennessee. This information will become available to shippers on May 13. Colonial typically releases allocation details when there are more nomination requests for product transportations than they can accommodate within their five-day lifting cycle. Cycle 29 refers to a five-day period during which all in-season products are transported simultaneously. Colonial consistently follows this pattern by circulating the same sequence of products over a five-day interval. Colonial plays a significant role in connecting Gulf Coast refineries with markets situated in the southern and eastern regions of the United States via its extensive network of more than 5,500 miles of pipelines, facilitating the distribution of gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, and various other refined products.
