Dak Prescott Denies Sexual Assault Accusation, Files Lawsuit for Extortion and Defamation

On Friday, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott spoke out publicly regarding the sexual assault lawsuit filed against him by an unnamed woman in Collin County. The allegation stems from an incident in 2017 that supposedly took place outside of a nightclub in Dallas where Prescott is alleged to have committed such atrocity, with documents related to this case being made public recently.
Prescott has categorically denied the accusations and furthermore filed his own lawsuit against the woman for extortion and defamation in Collin County. This legal action came about after a letter was sent by her lawyers requesting $100,00 as part of an effort to buy off their client’s silence regarding this matter.
As proceedings continue, it is now up to Judge Ernie Webb to decide whether or not the lawsuit against Prescott should be dismissed entirely.
