Unconventional Wellness Journey: Orlando Bloom Tries Kambo, Bentonite Clay for Growth

Orlando Bloom is committed to improving his health and overall well-being through various unconventional methods. In an interview with GQ, he revealed that he has tried Kambo, a South American ritual involving burning one’s skin with dots and applying poison from the Amazonian giant monkey frog. Although it can be intense and cause purging, Bloom believes in expanding his horizons for potential growth and evolution opportunities. Another surprise he confessed trying is bentonite clay ingestion as part of a cleanse program lasting five weeks that restricted solid food during its final week with water, pills, and the clay alone. As someone who likes to mix it up when fasting, Bloom also practices intermittent fasting but emphasizes that what works for one person may differ from another’s needs. The actor further shared his family bed habit which promotes peaceful coexistences in moments that start off cutesy as either Perry or their three-year old daughter initiate good mornings by acknowledging them before starting the day with necessary routines like meditation, prayers, and coffee sourcing for Bloom’s brain to function optimally. In his new Peacock series “Orlando Bloom: To The Edge,” he learned how to free dive while also trying parachuting and wing suiting as part of other skydiving experiences during the show’s production process.
