Brandon Graham’s Jab at Cowboys Fans Highlights Eagles Draft Night

Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Brandon Graham delivered a jab at Dallas Cowboys fans during his introduction of the team’s second-round draft pick on Friday night in Detroit. After enthusiastically cheering for Michigan, where he played college football, and expressing gratitude to be part of the organization for 15 years, Graham turned his attention towards the Cowboys. “Y’all already know,” he said with conviction. “All day, Dallas sucks! All day. Let’s go!” The Super Bowl champion then got serious before announcing that Cooper DeJean from Iowa would be joining their defensive ranks this year. In reality, Philadelphia drafted Graham with the No. 13 overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft out of Michigan. He has been a consistent presence on the Eagles’ roster since then and earned one Pro Bowl appearance over his last fourteen seasons while accumulating an impressive total of 467 tackles and 73 sacks during this period, though he only started three games in the latter half of the previous season due to veteran status. The team added Bryce Huff and Devin White to their linebacking corps earlier this year as well as Nakobe Dean and Josh Sweat. With a record of 11-6 last year, Philadelphia is looking strong heading into the new NFL season.
