PETA’s Impact on Natalie Eva Marie’s Hunting Journey for Health and Conservation

Former WWE Diva Natalie Eva Marie has credited animal rights organization PETA for inspiring her to take up hunting. In an interview with Hook & Barrel Magazine, the 39-year-old revealed that she was too busy playing team sports as a child to join her godfather on his hunts but changed her mind after watching a documentary by PETA about factory farming. Marie explained that the hard work of showcasing factory farming done by PETA made her realize harvesting her own meat is a better option due to health benefits and knowing where your food comes from, “Thank you very much.” In line with promoting natural consumption of wild game for its nutritional value, she mentioned how husband Jonathan Coyle’s interest in nutrition led them both into hunting. Marie also highlighted the conservation aspect of responsible hunting as an education tool that could alleviate negative stigma towards it if more people were aware of it. She expressed her belief that everyone should experience hunting once to appreciate its full potential, saying “It is mind-blowing.”
